Schedule a GTM standards audit
Run the standards audit every week across every brand and get the results by email, so a new brand or a quick fix that broke the convention shows up before the next client review.
Why audit on a schedule
Standards drift. A new brand is onboarded from an old template. Someone adds a vendor tag in a hurry and skips consent. A test tag goes live. A weekly audit catches each of those within days, not at the next quarterly review.
A weekly bar chart of failing checks across eight containers, falling for four weeks and rising when a new brand is onboarded.
Save the audit as an automation
Set up the audit as you would for a one-off run: the brands, and the standards switched on in the library. Then open the Automation section beside it and save a schedule. Add an email address to receive the results each run, and they're exported with every account, container, standard, severity, status and finding. Scheduling, export and email are Premium.
Schedules run on your Windows computer: up to 10 runs a day, while the computer is awake and connected and ODDVX is running. A missed run is skipped, not queued.
A week strip with a Monday 07:00 audit and cards for the emailed results and a read-only note.
Keep the library steady
A scheduled audit checks whatever is switched on in the library when it runs. If you switch a standard on, the next report will show its findings everywhere, so tell whoever reads the report before you change the library. An ODDVX update never switches a new built-in standard on by itself.
It only reads
A scheduled audit never changes a container. When a report shows a new finding, fix it as you would any other: Turn findings into fixes.
A standards audit fans out to six GTM containers: three pass, the others show an error, warnings or an info finding.
Questions about scheduled audits
Do I need Premium?
Yes, for scheduling, export and email. On Free you can run the audit by hand on one GTM account.
Is an email sent when everything passes?
Yes. The results go to the address you set on every run, so a clean week is on record too.
Can a schedule fix findings?
No. The audit only reads, scheduled or not.
