What can run on a schedule
Any read-only GA4 check can be saved as an automation: Key Event Anomaly Alert, the GTM ↔ GA4 Parity Checker, Core Performance Explorer, dimension validation and the Events Manager list. Writes never run on a schedule: event rules, key events, dimensions and channel groups always need you.
A parity mapping with a mismatched bond can't be scheduled until the bond is fixed.

Save a check as an automation
Set the check up in its module as you would for a one-off run: brands, events, sensitivity, lookback. Then open the Automation section beside it and save a schedule. It records the current settings, and you can edit them later. Scheduled runs are a Premium feature.

Anomaly alerts stay quiet until something is wrong
Most scheduled reports email every run. Key Event Anomaly Alert is different: when a scheduled run is clean, no email is sent. You only hear from it when a run finds a Critical or Warning, and then the email carries the finding and the CSV. A daily scan across every brand doesn't fill an inbox; it interrupts you when it matters.

Know when a scheduled run happens
Schedules run on your Windows computer: up to 10 runs a day, while the computer is awake and connected and ODDVX is running. A missed run is skipped, not queued. Pick times when the machine is reliably on. If a run seems to be missing, check that first.

Deliver it where it is used
Send each report to the people who act on it: weekly parity findings to the analytics lead, a monthly performance pull for the client pack. Email and export are Premium. Before a report leaves your team, remove client identifiers and anything personal it doesn't need.
